Thank you for shopping with Lissa Jane Jewellery. Please read our shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. As many of our pieces are handmade in limited batches or one of one designs, processing times may vary. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Orders over $150 AUD qualify for free standard shipping
- Orders under $150 AUD are charged a flat rate of $7.50 for standard shipping
- Express shipping is available for $15.00 at checkout
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days (standard) or 1–3 business days (express) after dispatch
International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
